Job Description : Medical Graft Technician****$19.00 per hour to start! $.50 step increases every 6 months for your first year, plus yearly bonus and benefits.Entry level positions. If you are ready to join a team of extraordinary people saving and enhancing lives everyday then we are ready to train you for this exciting career.****Second shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM at our Kettering location.****Third Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM at our Kettering location.****Weekend Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and EITHER 1 (12) hour shift during the week OR 2 (8) hour shifts during the week at our Kettering location.The Manufacturing department, comprised of the traditional, cellular, dental or skin graft teams are responsible for all phases of the creation and packaging of donated human tissue grafts for transplantation. Medical Graft Techs, internally titled Processing Technicians, are trained to prepare donated human tissue for surgical implantation utilizing special techniques, instrumentation, machinery and equipment.Second shift pays a 10% shift differential and Weekend shift pays a 10% shift premium.
