We are a full service aesthetic service provider.No work on Holidays, only work day shifts so you can have a normal/regular life balanceWork in “happy medicine”; treating patients who are excited about improving their livesAn opportunity to work in the growing fast paced world of aestheticsKey Responsibilities:Customer Service/AdministrationGreet all patients, and offer beverageCheck patients in and make sure schedule reflects appointment statusCheck patients out and schedule next appointmentMaintain accountability for the schedule bookIntroduce visitors to the appropriate personnel that will assist with their concernsIn charge of schedule and review with staff dailyConduct confirmation calls for appointmentsPull next day’s patient charts and organize per scheduled appointment timePrepare new patient chartsMaintain inventory of all front office suppliesCheck email and forward to the appropriate staff memberOrganize and maintain file systemKeep Front Desk and Lobby area cleanProcess paymentsPrint daily close out reports on scheduling system and review for accuracy.Fill deposit slips for all received cash and checkUse of the telephone, computer and other related instruments or devicesKey Skills/Qualifications:Must be familiar with basic computer skillsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divideAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formAbility to problem solveDetail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellPreferredInnovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinkingPassionate: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interestDedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityAbility to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organizationGoal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksGrowth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility often leads to promotions at the Optimization Centre.
