This person should be able to greet our customers and patients in a warm and courteous manner and should have a love and passion for pets.Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Welcome and check in guests, answer phone calls and book appointmentsKeep up with medical records, process transactions and billing.Confirm next day appointment scheduled.Keep up with client’s satisfaction (positive reviews left on Google), offer our product and services, deliver a top-notch customer service.Education and Licensure RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPossession of a valid Florida driver’s license requiredPersonal RequirementsMaintain a professional appearance (clothes and attitude)Genuinely enjoys working with animals.Can stay calm and efficient during a medical crisis.Has excellent client communication skills.Authorized to work in the USAWhy work with us: Competitive salaryBonus structureFlexible scheduleAbout the CompanyWe are a rapidly growing chain of the veterinary hospital providing full veterinary care.
