With privileges at leading hospitals, our (10 board-certified physicians; 5 PA) team utilizes innovative technologies to provide personalized, compassionate neurosurgical and orthopedic care for residents of the Tri-State area.You WillHelp create an efficient care environment, enhancing patient experience and safety, as well as provider satisfactionProvide clerical assistance for our physicians, documenting in our EMR, Greenway PrimesuiteGather information, create/edit EHR entries based on patient encountersRecord Subjective history, Provider findings, Procedures, helping to facilitate communication between providers and support staffPerform other clerical tasks, importing imaging reports, lab results, etc, to optimize practice efficiencyTravel to different outpatient settings (mileage reimbursed)Be an integral partner to the team of providers, helping to deliver the pinnacle of patient care and experienceYou Will Be Team-oriented, and comfortable performing in (long periods of standing and walking) busy care environmentsProficient with technology with strong typing, organizational, multi-tasking, and comprehension skillsAble to process multiple verbal instructions, while maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and professional demeanorAble to type and code information, with a basic understanding of and ability to compose in medical terminology (anatomy, physiology, etc).Able to travel and pass a criminal background checkIt would be a PLUS if YOU Are bilingualHave prior healthcare experienceAre Interested in continuing into the medical field as a careerAre enrolled in, or have completed, your college degreeWe offerFlexible hours/shiftsCompetitive pay with travel (mileage) expenses reimbursedPhysicians who are at the pinnacle of their specialization/ fieldFor those with a long-term interest in medicine this role is one-of-a-kind.
