Job Description : This role on the Millrock team is a part of our office staff who supports both the Sales and the Production team as well as organize and coordinate administration and office duties. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure your key accountabilities supporting our Sales and Production teams are addressed with high levels of accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, customer calls into Millrock are answered and addressed in a manner that reflects the pride, quality and professionalism of the Millrock brand. We are looking for a passionate hard working, high energy person to further add to the great team we have.This role’s responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating equipment shipping, entering Sales and Purchase orders, answering the phone, and providing general administrative support to management and employees as needed. In addition to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, we seek an individual who takes pride in accuracy, and has a positive attitude.Responsibilities· Serve as the point person for Sales and Production Team’s managers· Partner with Accounting as needed to assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks· Purchasing· Customer orders· Filing and organization of critical company documents such as sales contracts, service contracts, legal documents, etc.· Multi-tasking is a must as well as the ability to appropriately prioritize· Manage phone calls and correspondence· Manage time and responsibilities to ensure performance and meeting objectives· Create and update records and databases· Assist colleagues whenever necessaryRequirements· Proven experience as an Administrative assistant, Office manager or Front office/desk manager· High Proficiency in QuickBooks and complete MS Office Suite· Experience working in a manufacturing enviroment.· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities· Excellent organizational skills· Excellent time management skills· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work· Attention to detail· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment· High School degree’Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
