Job Description : We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a medical office manager or office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.ResponsibilitiesServe as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shoppingOrganize the office layout and order equipmentMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairsOrganize office operations and proceduresCoordinate with IT department on all office equipmentEnsure that all items are invoiced and paid on timeManage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office leaseManage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reportingAssist in the on boarding process for new hiresAddress employees queries regarding office management issuesSkillsProven experience as a medical Office ManagerKnowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresHands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Greenway PrimeSuites is a bonusJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offRetirement planMedical Specialty:Primary CareSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to be fully vaccinated.Ability to commute/relocate:Anchorage, AK 99508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Practice Managers & Administrators: 1 year (Required)Management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
