Job Description : Manager, Operations – ITV AmericaITV America is the largest independent producer of non-scripted content in America through its production companies Leftfield Pictures, Sirens Media, High Noon Entertainment, Thinkfactory Media, and ITV Entertainment. ITVA is a reality television powerhouse with hundreds of hours of cutting-edge and innovative unscripted programming, airing on various major networks. We produce leading content including Hell’s Kitchen, Love Island, Pawn Stars, Fixer Upper, and Real Housewives of NJ, just to name a few.Located in New York City, this role is responsible for general oversight and day-to-day operations. This role will also have responsibilities in and around Stamford, CT and the ideal candidate will be able to work out of both NYC and Stamford, CT.Primary Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the NYC office.Identify and assign daily tasks to the Receptionist and other Operations team members across office locations. Work closely with the CT Operations team to keep offices in parody and running smoothly.Train on and manage applicable software for employee onboarding, request tickets, security, lighting, HVAC, etc.Create and maintain tracking and instructional documentation as-needed.Coordinate with various departments (Post, IT, HR, etc.) to resolve office setup needs and prepare spaces for incoming employees.Greet and be a helpful contact to employees and visitors upon arrival and departure from the office.Communicate status of open/unresolved operational issues to employees, Operations team, and Director.Work with building management and 3rd party vendors to ensure ITV’s offices are maintained, cleaned, and repaired as-needed.Maintain all shared, supply, and storage spaces throughout the office and work with employees to keep all spaces clear of clutter.Serve as a fire safety Deputy.Position will be mainly based in NY but must be willing to travel between office locations in CT and NY.Help to care for and maintain company vehicles and offsite storage units.Close down the office each day at the end of business hours.Fulfill additional job responsibilities as needed or as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience functioning efficiently in an environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization with discretion, tact and diplomacy at all times.
