Job Description : Hybrid schedule but MUST be local to the Denver area. We are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst. This individual will be processing a weekly payroll for about 2,000 employees in multiple states. This position is fully Remote This is a great opportunity in a fast paced and growing company in a gratifying industry.Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst: Prepare weekly payroll for 2,000+ employeesCoordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure accuracy of employee time cardsAct as primary liaison between the Corporate Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure that employee information is accurate in the payroll systemPrepare off cycle manual checks for terminations both voluntary and involuntary per HRReview payroll taxes on an individual, state, and company-wide level for accuracy and correctnessPursue resolution on payroll tax issuesSupport payroll audits for workers compensationPrepare and submit annual W-2 formsRequirements of the Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst: 2 years minimum of payroll experienceWorkday, ADP or similar software is a plus, but not requiredGood understanding of multi state payroll processing, must comply with OSHA established safety policies and requirementsCompensation/Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
