YouTube’s Trust and Safety team is dedicated to making YouTube a safe place for users, viewers, and content creators around the world to create and express themselves. The Trust and Safety team enhances the YouTube experience, builds internet safety, and protects free speech in our ever-evolving digital world by solving online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, and writing and enforcing worldwide policy.
The Creator Policy Experience team is part of a broad cross-organization initiative, which strives to increase policy comprehension for YouTube’s creators. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational infrastructure of inbound creator requests ranging from appeals to Verified Badge. You will also work with partners to build out governance and processes to reduce negative creator interactions from our policy enforcement.

Responsibilities
Review content daily in line with YouTube’s community guidelines, which may include exposure to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive content.
Analyze, identify, prioritize, and deliver operational improvement opportunities. Identify, articulate, and quantify the impact of required tools or operational changes needed to deliver on these opportunities.
Partner with the Creator Support team and consult with Creators to increase their comprehension of YouTube’s policies.
Ensure that any escalations are taken on appropriately using internal tools and systems.
Manage or assist in conducting reviews to capture lessons-learned and ensure regular follow-up for any items identified.
