Job Description : Firm:BERGEMAN GROUPwww.bergemangroup.comConstruction Management Consulting FirmLocation: Honolulu, HIJob Starts: Open ImmediatelyDescription: The Project Controls Administrator is a critical member of the project team that is responsible for assisting the Project Management team with ensuring the accurate, timely and complete tracking and documentation of the project. The Project Controls Administrator may also be asked to by the Project Controls Manager, Project Managers and Project Team to do other administrative tasks to support the project and clients. He/She will support multiple projects and Project Teams in this capacity.Responsibilities: Set up project in accounting and project management software systems using the established templates and input from Business Development, Project Management and/or ContractsEnsure all information is up to date in accounting and project management software, as requested by the Project Management team, ensuring budget and information is up-to-date and accurateTrack time in accounting software for Project Manager and other members of the project team as neededProcess and distribute RFIs, Submittals, etc.Process and track Change Requests and Change OrdersProcess and track Contractor Pay ApplicationsTake and enter meeting minutesAssis with generating invoices for projects.Assist with processing, reviewing, tracking, and posting of construction drawings for multiple projects.Maintain project accounting files.Prepare budgets for Project ManagersAssist in the development/enhancement of project reporting.Understand the construction billing and collections process.Track Lien waivers.Track and report job costs.Prepare, print and assemble any reporting materials required for internal and external meetings, bidding, etc.Support the Project Controls Manager and Project Team with necessary administrative tasksQualifications: 4 year college or university with a degree in construction management, accounting, business, or a similarly related field is preferred or have demonstrated competence to function in this position.Experience in accounting is desired.Experience in construction and/or office administration is desired.Be extremely detail oriented, be thorough, and organized.Skilled at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with ProCore and Deltek VantagePoint highly desired.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:To keep employees and clients safe, masks, gloves, safety glasses and other PPE will be provided and is required on job sites and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
