Position Summary: The daily scanning, retouching and posting of the NBA Photos vast slide, negative film and flat art librarySalary range $25-$30/hr non exempt positionNon-NABET position |Major Responsibility: Scanning, retouching of film scans and digital files for archive Digital printing Caption and archiving of digital files |Required Skills/Knowledge: – retouching, color correcting, masking and creating layered files and composites.- Using Heidelberg flatbed CCD high end scanners powered by Mac computers.- Knowledge in photo printing (4×6 – 24×36 inch) using Epson and Sony printers.- Solid knowledge and skills in Photoshop CS5, and Heidelberg scanners.- Familiar with Photomechanic and Fotostation editing software, FTP and Epson printers.- Film handling a plus (collate and cleaning). |Education: College degree
