Position : Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Description : We are looking to hire for a new Front Office/Reception/Administrative Assistant Position.We are a full service Electrical Contractor in Skagit Valley and work directly with local contractors and government agencies.This position benefits with already having a general construction or preferred electrical background but we will train the right candidate.Main responsibilities are:-Answering phones-Inputting invoices and receipts into Accounting Software accurately-Job Costing-Reporting Apprentice Hours to Schools-Ordering and maintaining Safety Equipment-Ordering and maintaining Office Supplies-Take minutes during weekly meetings-Verifying vendor statements with job costed invoices-Assisting Project Managers and Operations as neededCandidates should have a good amount of experience with Microsoft Products, Excel, Word, etc. Bluebeam & Adobe experience a plus.We are a fast paced environment and everyone stays busy and works together as a team. We all expect a lot out of our team and all rely on and help each other as needed.This position is currently part time ~28-32 hours a week but can grow into full time and also the opportunity to grow and move into a Project Administrative role.We offer 401k, paid holidays, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision for full time employees.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
