Position Summary
This role will support filling both our high volume, physical security openings, as well as, key openings across all corporate functions including: Technology; HR; Finance; and Sales. This position will manage the complete recruiting process and drive sourcing for talent pipelines. The Recruiter will partner with designated HR Business Partners and Leadership to identify and deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and attract passive talent. Experience recruiting both high volume and complex roles is necessary as this position will support each based-on recruiting volume.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high quality and robust pipelines of candidates through multiple channels and sources including: agency partnerships, community organizations, and hiring events.Source, qualified candidates leveraging multiple sources including: job boards; job postings; LinkedIn, Boolean searches; social networking sites, alumni, internal transfers and teammate referrals.Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to extending offers and managing pre-employment requirements to ensure successful entry to onboarding.Build relationships across businesses unites and establish partnerships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.Provide regular status updates to hiring managers; advise and make recommendations on interviews and hiring decisions.Partner with HR Business Partners and designated COEโ€™s to develop long term talent pipelining plans.Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.Support enterprise hiring events and as assigned with potential to lead initiatives.Resolve simple to moderately complex issues and problems; collaborate with the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs.Ensure delivery against key Talent Acquisition metrics and OFCCP requirements.Effectively utilize and maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation and data in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:

Education, Experience and Skills Required
Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experienceA minimum of up to 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Possesses a strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment practices, and legal and regulatory requirements.Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach for partnership with internal clients.Experience supporting a high volume complete recruiting process and recruiting difficult and complex roles of all levels.Experience recruiting quality talent in short periods of time.The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.Savvy with Boolean out of the box search methods.Solid time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication ability as well as a high level of attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership, hiring managers and candidates.Confidence in dealing with people both face-to-face and over the phone and ability to effectively use persuasive communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is a full-time position. Work hours will vary depending on client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Environment may be fast paced and stressful.
Approximately 10% travel local and domestic overnight travel may be required and may include one or more of the following: Day and/or Overnight, by plane and/or car.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend approximately 75% of the time sitting and will walk or sit 25% of the time; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally the employee will stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Frequently engages in mental concentration, analysis, and formulation.

Compensation Range: $50,000 โ€“ $60,000
Compensation is determined by factors like training or experience, work history, geographic location, and travel requirements. The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws and the minimum pay range will always be at or above the applicable minimum wage.
