Verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness, specificity, and appropriateness of diagnosis codes based on services rendered.Review medical record information to identify all appropriate coding based on CMS HCC categories. Complete appropriate paperwork/documentation/system entry regarding claim/encounter information.
