Job Description : Job Summary
The Social Psychology Research on Intercultural Groups Lab (SPRING Lab, PI: BoKyung Park) at UT Dallas invites applications for 1-2 postdoctoral scholar positions, to begin in Summer of 2022. We seek in innovative scholar with a PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology, Economics, or related fields. Information about our lab and the work we do is available here.
Minimum Education and Experience
Ph.D in a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience
An ideal candidate should possess (i) intellectual creativity and innovation, (2) a strong background in research design, (iii) proficiency in data analysis, (iv) intellectual and practical autonomy, and (v) excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to work with and lead collaborative teams. We are especially interested in scholars with computational modeling background.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Postdoc(s) will work on collaborative projects that combine computational modeling, neuroimaging, and cross-cultural approaches. The projects aim to investigate the computational and neural underpinnings of cultural shaping of moral judgments and behavior.

Mandatory Testing and Daily Health Check:
In order to combat the spread of COVID-19 all UTD Faculty, Staff, and Students are required to:
Enroll in and complete a Daily Health Check each day, regardless of vaccination status.
Participate in the University’s mandatory COVID-19 testing program.
Newly hired employees will be automatically enrolled in University’s testing program. Thereafter, the University will test a sample of the UT Dallas community as part of its proactive testing program.
