Job Description : Medical Scheduler-Call Center
Arizona Diagnostic Radiology is a growing Radiology company looking for immediate new hires for our scheduling team at our Call Center in Mesa, AZ. Come check out our brand new call center!
We are looking for various individuals who want to start their healthcare careers or further develop their skills. Multiple full-time positions are available for an assortment of Monday thru Friday day shifts with a rotating Saturday.
This position requires making both outbound calls and answering inbounds calls from patients or providers to schedule radiology exams at one of our many outpatient imaging centers. Accuracy and attention to detail are necessary to verify and update patient information and ensure a great experience. Other responsibilities include participating in various projects, meetings and completing other tasks and training as assigned. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, a willingness to learn, and has a positive attitude.
We’d also like to note that we are a national company with many opportunities to grow and options to transfer to 1 of the 7 states we currently have imaging centers. Many of our leads, supervisors, or managers have come from the call center. This is a terrific place to start within the organization.
We also provide a paid 2-week training along with routine follow-up to ensure employee success.
