Job Description : Southern Staircase, an industry leading manufacturer of custom stair and handrail products, is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator.We are looking for a friendly and goal-oriented individual who is dedicated to ensuring our customers get the very best service and attention. If you are an excellent problem solver and communicator with a passion for serving the customer and can convert challenging situations into positive experiences, then this is the position for you! This position requires a construction background.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Schedule field labor by directly communicating with installers as well as builders, superintendents, and homeowners.Maintain installation and warranty schedules for multiple locationsManage due dates in ERP systemWork with internal suppliers and vendors to effectively manage ordersRespond to customers to resolve issues in the fieldProvide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environmentThe successful candidate must also possess the following:5+ years of customers/client’s experienceOver 2 years’ experience working in constructionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)Project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat Southern Staircase offers: Competitive salaryComprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance packages401kLong and short-term disability insuranceCompany paid vacation and holidaysJob Type: Full-timeWe are a Drug-Free Workplace, offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.
