Hiring: Shuttle Bus Dispatcher @ $24.50/hr.
Location: DFW Airport, TX
Starting: Immediately
Shift: Full Time

Job Description
At beginning of your shift:
Communicate with previous shifts Dispatcher to find out what is going on in the operation
Check your e-mails as well as throughout
Check the board for bus information
Review the lead sheet when a computer becomes available
Attend the Lead daily meeting
After taking over Dispatcher desk:
Make sure that SPOT is up to date & lead sheet is completed as much as possible from previous shift
Complete lead shift throughout the shift
5-7 day in advance lead sheet lineup
Update SPOT throughout the shift keeping in mind DFW reviews this also
Answer phone throughout the shift
Update the bus board throughout the shift
Make calls to fill any call offs for the next shift
Enter your disinfecting info on-line
End of your shift:
Communicate with the next shift Dispatcher so they know what is going on in the operation
Review the lead sheet one last time before Sr Lead does
Turn in your completed DSR
Other duties as assigned
