Our company is growing at great speed, and the right candidate will thrive in this vibrant, fast-paced environment.To apply, upload your resume in PDF format.Skill set: · Exceptional Leadership and management skills· Knowledge of medical billing codes, tx codes, and insurance contracts· Basic knowledge for use of Microsoft Office products· Understanding of insurance verification and authorization· Customer services skillsResponsibilities: Assure clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and clean.Select, train, supervise, and monitor quality and production levels of site staff.Address performance and disciplinary issues.Recruit new physical, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and support staff; as the center grows, and as needed from time to time.Develop monthly staff schedule, review timecards, and provide input for payroll calculation.Assure cash drawer is balanced. Prepare and make daily bank deposit.Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Resolve and approve billing holds, financial refunds and accounting corrections originating at the site.Monitor supply inventories and order all supplies.Interact with customers, review customer feedback, and address customer service issues. Ensure patient wait times are meeting goals.Identify community marketing opportunities and engage staff in grassroot marketingInspect and maintain records on facilities and equipment.Schedule patients for new and follow-up visitsCoordinate and maintain contact with referring physicians to ensure their satisfaction with how their patients are being treatedReport on the daily, weekly, and monthly patient volume to upper managementCreate reports in Excel to allow management to measure financial performance of rehab centerCreate reports in appropriate practice management system to measure certain key performance indicatorsCoordinate facility and equipment maintenance and other vendor servicesPerform front-end registration and/or clinical tasks as a back-up in case of absence or high demandCreate and maintain a positive work culture that stimulates staff enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between colleaguesBecome an advocate and liaison between your team and working constituentsHandle all HR responsibilitiesAnswer inbound phone calls from clients and potential patientsHelp to plan quarterly team events and celebrationsPreferred Requirements: 5+ years of administrative or operational management, or related experienceExperience with medical billingHR experienceHealthcare experience is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $37,103.00 – $110,065.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offMedical Specialty:PediatricsPhysical & Rehabilitation MedicineSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Management: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
