Job Description : IDR is looking for a VP of Marketing for one of our clients in Denver, CO. This position will be a direct hire opportunity, with equity and bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in a B2B Marketing environment.REQUIREDProven track record of successful B2B Marketing; have led and owned all marketing operations and integrated marketing plans7+ years of B2B marketing experience5+ years of direct leadership experience as either a Senior Director or VP of MarketingBrand-building and experienceExperience scaling marketing functionsBachelor’s Degree or higherRESPONSIBILITIESLeading and coaching the Marketing Team and managing the day to day activitiesOversee the process of generating leads and supporting rapid growthBuild brand awarenessPart of the executive management team.
