Job Description : QualificationsResponsible for all facets of Inbound Receiving, Inventory Control, and Product ReturnsEnsure all employees assigned to your areas of responsibility receive proper training in their job functionsAudit all processes related Inbound Receiving, Inventory Control, and Product ReturnsEnsure appropriate labor is scheduled to meet daily workload requirementsWork with cross functional teams to solve and improve client problems and experienceSchedule and ensure completion of all client annual inventory countsCommunicate opportunities or client issues to the facility manager and client services teamSupport the Facility ManagerSupport the Outbound side of the OperationAnalyze data and prioritize work assignments to direct the daily plan of action for the shift or functional areaCoach, motivate, develop and manage warehouse associatesMeet or exceed all relevant operational and financial metricsLead operational improvement and company change initiativesFoster a participative and goal-driven work environment characterized by teamwork, partnership and accountability for achieving goalsCandidates selected to interview must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration for this position2+ years of leading employeesHigh School diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeB2C 3PL or eCommerce Retailer experienceExperience with WMS (warehouse management software)Experience leading receiving or inventory control departmentsOrganized and track record of meeting KPIs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysOvertimeSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Senior leadership: 2 years (Required)Warehouse distribution: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
