Job Description : We are looking for both full and part time capable Warehouse Associates to support our company’s operations at our brand new distribution center in Ft Myer’s, FL! You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.ResponsibilitiesProcess, package and ship orders accuratelyOrganize stocks and maintain inventoryInspect products for defects and damagesExamine ingoing and outgoing shipmentsOrganize warehouse spaceReceive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriatelyContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing proceduresKeep warehouse clean and organized dailyRequirementsAdequate knowledge of warehouse data systemTeam player with organizational skillsAbility to lift or move heavy productsABOUT TLC DMETLC DME is a privately owned, small multimillion dollar, medical device business, that designs, manufactures, imports, and sells orthopedic braces and supports to medical practices all over the US as well as to online retailers who sell to the general population.We are opening our distribution center in Fort Myers and are looking for employees to help with all things order fulfillment. The primary responsibilities would include picking, pulling, and packaging inventory, heat transfer of customer Logos, data reconciliation of inventory received vs products shipped, and as needed communicate with Sales about special needs for Customers.However this is not a typical warehouse, nor is this a typical warehouse position. Our distribution center will be an extension of our sales and marketing efforts. The environment will be best in class and very professional while at the same time catering to a satisfying and fun experience for our associates.It is a beautiful brand new facility with 550,000 cubic sq ft that will carry millions of dollars of medical devices with state of the art equipment intended to ensure optimal efficiencies while making it easy for our team to do their work in a clean safe productive environment.Our culture will promote an atmosphere that is both dynamic and relaxing. There will be bonuses for performance. The break area will have a massage chair, a ping pong table, a chess board, and lunch will be provided for the team several times a month. Flexible work days/hours will be offered / Associates will have the option of working a 4 day 10 hour week thus getting an extra day off a couple times a month. Paid time off is provided, major Holidays are paid, and mental health days for either “happiness opportunities” or “healing necessities” will be encouraged (and fully paid).
