Job Description : Try This Promotions is searching for new talent to join our team of influencers. We are a fresh new generation of guerilla marketing specialist who pride ourselves are being fair, fun and really good at our jobs. Our biggest focus is supporting product performance at retail level events. We get to work with really fun and interesting brands who are looking to create a buzz around their products.
When you apply/join our team, you will go through an onboarding process with us, get trained and familiar with our program, culture and policies. We are looking for individuals who carry good work ethics, are self motivated, entrepreneurial, artistic and personable. Our program accommodates various work styles such as those who are currently engaged in a full time job/school position, part time job seekers, and those who are looking to get involved the industry or new company opportunities.
As a team member, your responsibilities will be to :
Maintain good communication and contact with your staffing manager or director
Be available for at least 25 percent of scheduled activations
Learn various sales techniques and brand/product knowledge
Be on time to all jobs and submit all reports promptly
Follow all company/legal compliances
Be willing to travel/drive to areas of events
Safekeep any/all Swag, product or POS that you are given
Assist our photography department
Assist our promotions and social media departments with content etc
If we are being honest, this job is fun and easy to do as long as you follow the program. You will get a chance to interact with all kinds of people in all kinds of areas and learn lots about our products along the way. We are looking to build a good group of reliable individuals who are excited about growing a business. We are looking for all kinds of ways to promote and grown our team members and use everyone’s unique talents to better our efforts.
We are hiring for all areas in NY currently. We do also have opportunities in CT.
