Most importantly, Cedalion Health offers unlimited appointment times and hassle-free scheduling to give our clients an elite healthcare experience.The PositionWe are hiring a Boulder (CO) based administrative assistant to join our fast-growing medical practice and assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. We are seeking someone who is fast-learning, excited about the medical space, and most importantly, a fantastic sociable communicator. Due to our strict adherence to HIPPA regulations, as well as extremely private clientele, the individual we seek must also be capable of excellent professional discretion, and have a can-do, service first attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and coordination between patients and the physician as well as our network of outside physicians, hospitals and testing centersAnswering phone calls, emails, and checking voicemails in a diligent mannerDuring the work day, remain in constant contact with the physician regarding patient needsScheduling appointmentsKeeping patient charts and records meticulously updatedCreate detailed patient summaries after appointmentsCreate prescription requests on behalf of the physicianQualitative RequirementsA service-first attitudeThe mentality that no task is insignificantCompassionate communication skillsA high level of professional discretion**Strong interpersonal skillsA detail oriented and polished professionalQuantitative RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer proficiency, including the entire Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school graduate or GEDPreferredPrior Administrative experience, bonus if at a medical practiceQuickbooks proficiencyAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in any field of studyWhy we think you will like working with usWe are an extremely fast-growing practice providing exceptional care to patients, and great benefits to our employees.
