Salary:
$12.95/Hour

Summary
Keep redemption supplies stocked at all times. Make sure that all games are clean at all times. Provide arcade customers with prompt, friendly, efficient and courteous service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers in arcade and laser tag.
Redeem tickets for merchandise.
Man the sales counter and take monies as necessary.
Assist customers with laser tag equipment and explain the rules.
Restock the redemption counter when needed during slower periods.
Make sure all arcade games are clean and working. Report any problems to management and Namco tech.
Fill tickets in machines and blow out ticket dispensers as needed.
Control Arcade at all times, informing the Manager on duty if a problem arises.
Monitor all customers in laser tag arena.
Ensure all laser tag vests are all in working condition.
Conducting inventory, such as prizes & game cards.
Other duties may be assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have a friendly personality and able to converse with all customers.
Must be able to handle multiple customers at one time.
Must be able to lift 20-50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to walk, stand, stoop for long periods of time.
Ability to follow all CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma/GED or current High School student.
Some cash handling experience preferred.
The Cocopah Indian Tribe is a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination employer. All employees are required to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment.
