You can also come in and apply Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm at 34406 N. 27th Drive , Suite 184, Bldg 8 Phx AZ 85085JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Assistant Residential SupervisorRESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Residential ServicesMAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: To oversee and manage theadministrative operations of a residential sites.GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:The ARS is responsible for directly managing the programmatic implementation of residents’ individualized programs in a residential site, including the supervision of the Caregivers.EXAMPLES OF WORK:1. Develops, implements, and monitors resident programs and ISPs.2. Coordinates activities relative to residents’ treatment goals.3. Provides status updates to members of the client’s team.4. In coordination with the psychiatrist, oversees the self-administration of psychotropic medications.5. Assist Administers Crisis Intervention Techniques in emergencies6. Supervises, trains and supports the caregivers.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.2. Ability to multi-tasks efficiently and effectively.3. Knowledge of behavior modification techniques.4.
