Position Summary

Nestlé USA is looking for an Associate Creative Director in The LEAD team, our in-house digital Creative agency. We are seeking an enthusiastic and exceptional Associate Creative Director to work in our Creative department on a wide portfolio of digital content for our brands.

Requires expert knowledge within the creative development, design, copy, production and the ability to integrate and coordinate internal and external resources. Formulates and monitors branding concepts and applications to ensure that branding reinforces client requirements and desired image. Interprets client preferences and communication strategies; devises creative solutions, approaches and treatments which result in desired impact. Develops and applies advanced creative and design concepts. Strong experience with design, copy, media and production activities with ability to manage creative projects from conception through implementation. Collaborates with the creative staff and functions to implement and produce timely and cost-effective advertising approaches. Responsible for the conception and development of new advertising/promotion campaigns for print, broadcast, e-Commerce and related media.

Responsibilities:
Attend brand briefs and kick-offs, with the ability to understand the marketing needs of the project.
Collaborate with the Creative Directors, and Copywriters, whil preparing the creative.
Work closely with various artists (motion, design, production) throughout the creative process from brief to final delivery.
Ability to lead a creative session and oversee the production of pitch decks to present to brand teams.
Communicate clearly creative ideas and recommendations, while understanding the needs of the brand.
Attend productions when needed for creative oversight and input.
Background as an on-set director a plus.
Ensure the quality of the creative is executed at a high level across all areas of the team.
Maintain continuity from brand to brand in association with their equity guides as it relates to their tone, style, and voice.
Ability to carry out creative that is best-in-class while aligning with up-to-date marketing best practices.

Qualifications:
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with various team members and stakeholders while inspiring creativity.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and tact.
2-3 years of creative experience. Agency and/or graphic design experience a plus.
Experience working closely with various artists (motion, design, production) and teams.
Strong collaboration skills across various mediums.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working closely with teams.
