Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your skills in a Global Learning and Development Team where you will provide administrative support to the leadership team? If so, this is the role for you.
As Learning and Organizational Development Staff you will be responsible for providing coordination support for the HR teams initiatives and management tracking. You will also participate in the learning program coordination and global reporting that supports the Vice President and Directors in the team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Manage the process to provide regular management reports related to the use of third parties in the delivery of learning services.
Maintain data integrity in tracking tools / dashboards.
Liaise closely with Business Owner and Team Members on developing and maintaining reports and data sets.
Work with stakeholders / customers to prepare meaningful presentations from the dashboards.
Investigate errors and identify issues and manage interface with People Data Analytics Team and any other third parties to resolve said issues/errors.
Maintain all data and create dashboards in line with current GSK standards and approved technology
Ensure that all elements of the Procure to Pay process are managed efficiently and effectively
Take responsibility for raising purchase orders and chasing invoice payments for key global suppliers.
Advise and support internal GSK requestors on the process that they need to follow to raise purchase orders for suppliers.
Effectively respond to enquiries from GSK customers and vendors.
Query and Issues resolution through to completion working with Finance, Genpact, Suppliers and Customers.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in Data Analytics
Specialization in numerous disciplines like Data Analytics, Finance & Project Management process continuous improvement will also be considered.
Experience creating and maintaining Dashboards in QlikView, Excel, and PowerBI
Work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and handle pressure and multiple projects
Understanding of cost centre structures and how to track spend against
Advanced skill level on Excel e.g. Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc, Customer service experience
Good working knowledge of processes in Ariba Buying Goods and Services required to raise a purchase order and pay an invoice across E2E process.
Team oriented, flexible and collaborative approach.
Proven planning and organizational skills and able to multi-task and problem solve.
Able to consult, communicate and build relationships with customer and vendors.
Able to prioritize multiple projects whilst ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Some of the other skills and duties that are part of the role:
Raise POs utilizing appropriate financial system
Be able to interpret report data.
Strong written communication (language and grammar), excellent verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of how to present data in PowerPoint using latest trends in Data Visualization.
Manage projects and continuous learning improvement initiatives.
Analyze and report on Learning programmes, and utilization.
