Job Description : Position Summary
Work with Operations to understand business objectives and develop value-added reporting and insights in the form of analysis and interpretation of business reporting.
Continuously improve design and delivery by leveraging any and all analytical tools/techniques
Responsible for managing development with regard to BI reporting.
Develop documentation for data flows, processes.
Support implemented BI solutions by addressing user questions and inquiries, monitoring performance, and communicating functional and technical issues
Create excel reports and dashboards merging data from diverse data sources
Responsibilities:
Ability to collate large amounts of data and isolate and analyze significant trends . Create excel reports and dashboards merging data from diverse data sources
Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of raw data and analyses done thereof.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications, including Windows, Word, Excel. Creating excel macros, power BI knowledge
Ability to read, write, and estimate numerical data.
Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment
Has excellent interpersonal and social communication skills and is able to work collaboratively to design presentations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study with SME in excel
Two years of experience in a related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
