Job Description : Business System AnalystThis is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in San Francisco, CA.As a Business System Analyst, you will help our clients to implement Odoo’s ERP software within their organizations. In order to do this successfully, you’ll need to understand our client’s workflows and business practices to implement Odoo efficiently. You’ll also learn all the ins and outs of Odoo and become a product expert, any past technical experiences will be helpful here.You’ll be project managing migration from systems/software, acting as a liaison between developers and clients, and configuring the software applications to our clients’ needs. You will be able to thrive in this full-time role from our San Francisco Office. No relocation or travel compensation for interviews is offered at this time.Responsibilities: Be a full cycle ERP Business System Analyst for the North American market, providing our clients with a top-notch end user implementation experience. You will set up apps for existing clients and implement our software while instructing the end user in its usage.Manage client relationships while implementing Odoo SaaS solutionsAnalyze all aspects of clients’ business operations to map their processes to Odoo’s solutionsQuantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform implementationproject manage ERP implementations to create systems which are then used by clients that want a product they love. Integration involves Sales, CRM, E-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, POS, accounting, and more.Collaborate with Odoo’s developers to execute clients’ business requirementsCollaborate with clients’ implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.Occasionally advise the sales team during pre-sale regarding complex implementationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related disciplineBetween 1 and 5 years of aligned experience implementing software / ERPs, project managing, consulting to clients, and/or something similar to what the role doesExcellent planning, mapping, and communication skills combined with client interaction, being able to make in-the-moment decisions based on new information constantlyAffinity with the Information Technology world, you understand what an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software) isRelational Database literacyAble to communicate effectively in EnglishNice to Have: Experience with ERPExperience in a SaaS companyAvailable immediatelyValues: You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitudeYou are open-minded and can react to change with agilityYou have an intrapreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiativesYou are a quick and autonomous learnerYou have a passion for softwareYou are approachable, honest, and a fun team playerCompensation and Perks: Compensation includes base salary and commissionBenefits package: healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, and savings on additional voluntarily selected benefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysPre-tax commuter benefits such as parking and transitSnacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Yoga classes on-site and other activities possibly expensed if multiple employees attend, especially sports-focused activitiesEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate team!Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider foremployment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction recordsJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $115,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
