Job Description : The WOW Factor is What Sets Us Apart from the Others!We are seeking an experienced Busser to join our service team at Carmine’s to support our Servers and set up our dining areas thoroughly. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in an enjoyable environment, we’d love to meet you!Your Role with Us: Bussers set the stage for the guests experience and ensure the dining room is always ready before guests are seated; responsible for clearing tables, resetting tables with white tablecloths to restaurant specifications, providing water service and wrapping leftovers for guests.Providing water, bread to guests in assigned area immediately upon being seated.Working with large parties’ reservations; assisting in putting together and breaking apart tables to the party’s specifications.Support the Servers on the floor and make sure the guests have a pleasant dining experience.Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.Overall cleaning of the dining room floor and bar areas and responsible for some additional cleaning and sanitation.Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.We Are Looking for Candidates: Ideally, with Busser experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.With open flexibility to work various shifts.Able to follow direction and have a sense of urgency to get the work done.Able to Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.The Perks: Medical & Dental CoveragePaid Time OffFree delicious employee family mealsEmployee discount in all our restaurantsExciting Career PathsCompetitive CompensationSupportive Team Environment*We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:Casual dining restaurantSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Signing bonusExperience:Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
