Job Description : Part Time Call Center / Customer Service Representatives.
We are seeking Part Time Collection Representatives who are able to work Mon-Fri, 20-25 hours per week with prior Customer Service & or Call Center experience. Debt collection experience is a plus but not mandatory. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are returning to the work force and or are in need of a reduced work schedule. POM Recoveries, Inc. is located in Farmingdale, NY and has been providing debt collection services since 1983. Remote/Hoteling (in/out of office rotation). Contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements, dispute resolution. Paid training. Paid sick time.
