We have developed world-class facilities and vertically integrated businesses for the production, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of cannabis products.SUMMARY:We are looking for an experienced cannabis Regional Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in Southern California.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish strong relationships with retailers with in-person visits with buyers, retail management, and other retail staff (budtenders/security guards)Maintaining a strong connection with consumers and retail staff by attending promotions and events (including in-store demos as needed)Maintain effective, professional, and consistent communication via phone, email, and/or text with customers and clientsManage sales growth goals in the designated territory through current account growth and acquiring new accountCold-Call prospective customers in assigned territoryCreate consistent buying cycles that ensure High Season products have sell-through support and are reordered on a monthly basisEducate retail staff and consumers about the High Season brand with training and in-store promotions (PADs – Patient Appreciation Days)Support marketing with marketing events in your territory and out of your territory when neededAlign with retail stores on pricing that best fits the needs of the store and High SeasonUtilizing data tools to be knowledgeable about your competitors, market trends, and best practices will help you become more effective in growing your territory.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
