We’re looking for a Cashier to join our team, greeting customers, purchases, refunds, exchanges, and suggestive selling.The ideal Cashier is motivated, friendly, and a team player. Serving as the face of our company, he or she will be integral for our reputation for exceptional customer service.*Responsibilities*Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional, timely mannerOperate a cash register to enter purchases, exchanges, and refundsFollows proper cash handling, check and credit card proceduresResponsible for accurate cash and till for assigned drawerCleans and stocks Front End areas, including own registerFollows all cash handling procedures – meeting and exceeding City Mill standardsProvide excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.Performs other duties as assigned*Qualifications*High School Diploma or equivalentBasic computer knowledgeStrong numeracy skills and attention to detailSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionAbility to provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needsNo experience necessary, on the job training provided*What We Offer: *MedicalDentalPaid Time Off401K with company matchGroup Life InsuranceHealth Savings AccountEmployee DiscountJob Type: Part-time
