Job Description : Position Summary: This position functions within the Human Resources Department and effectively manages high volume recruitment for an investor group and Vice President of Operations. Focusing at the community level of all front-line staff and leadership roles.Essential Functions: Manage full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, networking, and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff. Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools. Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding. Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews (may include travel, hotel accommodations), prepare candidates for interviews, by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed. Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process, verify references, prepare offers, and issue offer letters. Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports, and assist with understanding of influencers to retention, shifts in the recruiting marketplace, etc. Knowledge of and experience with multiple recruitment tools to build strong candidate pools including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking. Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals and appropriately vet same. Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable. Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased, compliant with EEOC regulations, company recruitment policies, and on-boarding processes. Will also facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently. Provide top-notch customer service at all times to all parties involved, committed to a customer centric work approach. Represent the company with honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and knowledge. Develop an affinity for the brand and represent this passion in candidate interactions, cultivate ability to discern this capacity in others. Participate as needed in all departmental efforts, for example, employee relations and special events. Additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferredArea of Study: Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology preferredYears of Experience: 3 + yearsType of Experience: Full cycle recruiting experience and one year in a corporate environment, healthcare, hospitality or seniors housing preferred.Special Certifications: N/ALanguage Skills: EnglishTechnical Competencies: Strong in Microsoft Office and experience in Applicant Tracking SystemSkills and Ability: · Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.· Exemplify professional and ethical behaviors.· Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail and confidentiality are equally important.Information Systems: ATS platforms, iCIMS preferred, onboarding, recruiting and human resource information systems.Personal Attributes: · Ability to prioritize and organize assignments to meet deadlines with exceptional accountability and follow up.· Ability to effectively work independently and with others to support strong team development.Other/Preferred: Driving RequirementsDoes this job require the ability and license to drive an automobile?
