It is our passion to realize success.Our property management division has a new opening for a Customer Service Coordinator in Aventura, Florida.Job Description SummaryThe primary responsibility of this hospitality-minded individual is to provide customer service phone and email support to customers with questions, issues, or work order requests. Will act as key point of contact with customers, promoting positive customer relationships.Essential DutiesAnswers telephone inquiries for the daily building maintenance issues and dispatch appropriate personnel as required.Maintains ongoing contact with Internal Clients to ensure follow through on requests (work order updates, completion, etc.)Maintain communication with management team to include unresolved issues.Tracks and assists in resolution of customer issues and follow-up.Must be able to work in a team environment, develop computer skills, and promote a positive work ethic.Ensure meeting rooms and office equipment are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupiedTo be attuned with customer, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels, carrying a hospitality calling card as appropriateStock/order pantry and supplies as neededAdditional duties as assigned by management teamAct as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services and activitiesPerform ad hoc assignments and administrative support for a seamless and timely delivery of servicesQualifications2 – 5 years prior experience in hospitality, service-industry, tourism, property management, or related professionConfident with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)Comfort level in using MRI, Yardi, Angus or similar FM platforms a plus, but not requiredWe offer a very competitive salary with benefits and the opportunity for growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
