Job Description : The Dean of Academic Affairs will provide the leadership to the Faculty team of the Campus. this position is in charge of performing the necessary task to fulfill the mission, objectives, plans and goals of the Institution by planning, organizing, directing, staffing, training, coordinating, motivating, supervising and evaluating all facets of the institutions Academic Department.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Education or related area3 to 5 years of experience in Education, with academic management experience, preferably in a proprietary school setting3 to 5 years’ experience on hiring, training and mentoring staffBudget management and development experienceAbility to work extended hours, which may include weekends and evenings in order to achieve the objectivesCompetencies: Passion for education and desire to help others achieve their educational goalsExcellent communication skills to effectively communicate with students, community and Senior ExecutivesKnowledgeable of regulatory and state regulationsAbility to resolve complex concerns raised by employees, students, regulatory agencies or members of the communityAble to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environmentCustomer service and retention orientedHigh level of integrity and commitment at all timesApplicants must meet the minimum requirements to be considered.Employer with Equal Employment Opportunity for Women, Minorities, Veterans, and Persons with DisabilitiesJob Types: Full-time, ContractEducation:Master’s (Required)Experience:Education: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
