Summary: Oversee all mechanical areas of the club facility, the locker rooms, fitness, housekeeping, laundry, and security to keep the club functioning at top efficiency. Select, train, and supervise the staff. Carry out, supervise, and coordinate all clubhouse repairs and general maintenance needed for equipment, furniture, masonry, and building structure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Hires, trains, and supervises maintenance, housekeeping, locker room, fitness, laundry, and security personnel.
Schedules hours of work for department staff.
Monitors department payroll costs ensuring compliance with budget goals.
Process, reviews, and submit payroll.
Performs timely performance evaluations on supervised employees.
Schedules workloads and work orders for all areas of the club and its equipment.
Prepares and monitors budgets for the Engineering Department; takes corrective action as needed to help assure that budget goal are attained.
Manages department’s general expenditures ensuring compliance with budget.
Attends staff and committee meetings and coordinates efforts to schedule work activities.
Oversees daily water checks on swimming pool and filtering system for positive health protection.
Controls key systems.
Works with planners and coordinates remodeling of club areas.
Maintains an ongoing energy management program for the property’s HV AC and lighting systems.
Oversees in checking fire protection systems for proper operation and training personnel in their use.
Manage the club’s ongoing preventive maintenance program.
Oversee all mechanical areas of the club facility, the locker rooms, fitness, housekeeping, laundry, and security to keep the club functioning at top efficiency.
Select, train, and supervise the staff.
