ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for an enthusiastic operations professional who will serve as our lead on operational needs for an event. This position reports to the Events Manager.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Event Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing load in and out for all Events that fall under the Event Manager’s purview
Coordinate with the Event Manager to ensure all operational needs to upcoming events are settled and confirmed
Provide creative solutions for in-the-moment needs of client and AD driven events when called upon
The ideal candidate should be organized, a creative problem solver, and demonstrate the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple incoming requests and needs
WHO YOU ARE
Represent American Dream, Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks Water Park & Angry Birds with highest degree of professionalism.
Good listening skills when dealing with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and in collaboration with other departments.

An outgoing and energetic person that will entertain in a family party environment.
Prior experience as in a service position preferred, but not required.
