Job Description : Our Customer’s mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. We are seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with various operations teams in logistics, supply chain, etc.) and product teams (Hardware, etc.) to provide decision support with a heavy focus on unit economics for various product launches.
Build complex financial models for each product launch that provide insight into logistics costs.
Drive financial deep dives and deliver operational efficiencies by partnering with cross-functional partners.
Compile presentations for the AR/VR leadership team on a variety of topics and drive solutions/action items with business partners to deliver impact across the business.
Lead planning cycles to deliver an accurate forecast and budget.
Implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including accruals and reporting.
Collaborate with groups in finance to drive and own overall P&L reporting.
Drive process improvements by partnering with upstream process owners and enhancing current tools/systems related to financial management.

Must-Haves:
7+ years of experience as a financial analyst working for companies such as Zendesk, Adobe, and Veritas Technologies.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong ability to analyze business trends.
Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
Expert knowledge in excel, google suite, modeling.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be on-site at our customer’s Sunnyvale, CA office once it is determined safe to do so.

The expected Return to Office date is July 2022.
