Position : Financial Systems Administrator / NetSuite / AR
Job Description : Provide NetSuite expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
Possess the ability to design and maintain applications on the NetSuite system from interpreted business requirements
Interface with outside ERP implementation team resources to address customization and configuration requirements based on business needs to achieve overall project goals.
Participate in cross-functional internal team (Implementation Team) to build/manage technology platform from design through delivery overcoming challenges and unknowns.
Develops implementation plans reports and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains staff on how to use new software and reports developed and/or acquired.
Participate in the collection and documentation of business requirements for integration and implementation into ERP system.
Participate in the Identification and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.
Participate in the analysis of workflows process improvements and business practices to streamline business operations.
Participate in problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations and performs troubleshooting as required.
Staying current with technological developments in business application technology and providing recommendations for Cross Company to take advantage of new technology
Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
Qualifications
Required:
Expertise in NetSuite ERP module.
At least 5+ years of hands on deck experience with AR, AP and R2R
Extensive experience in NetSuite’s ERP architecture
NetSuite integrations mapping experience
Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate most complex requirements.
Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new process to determine configuration requirements.
Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Eagerness to Learn and grow.
Preferred:
Full life cycle NetSuite implementations
Extensive knowledge of ERP Lifecycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field, computer science, information systems, or other technology-rel
