Job Description : Food servers We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent wait service, to suggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks when appropriate, to obtain amenities for patrons with specific needs, such as highchairs for parents; to memorize the menu for on-demand recitation, to prepare the tables with special attention to sanitation and order; to collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff; to deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude and promote dedication from customers. Candidate must be willing to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as required; ability to lift up to 25 lb; comfortable with noisy, high volume atmosphere; capable of working well under pressure; customer oriented approach and patience; problem solver and decision maker; responsible and trustworthy, attention to cleanliness and safety. Bar card required for some positions. – We welcome students, seasonal workers.
