Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION FRANCHISE SUPPORT MANAGER POSITION OVERVIEWThe Franchise Support Manager will be primarily responsible for managing all regularly scheduled communications with our franchisees, new franchisee onboarding, on-going training, development of training and operations materials, including development and maintenance of the franchisee operations manual as well as supporting development and sales processes within the department. This person serves as a key point of contact between the franchisees and Floyd’s 99.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Franchisee Onboarding Prepare and manage the agenda for all required franchisee training, including real estate, construction, initial franchisee onboarding, in-shop training, and pre-and post-training. This includes confirming speaker availability with the various internal team members and communicating the agenda to all internal and external partners.Develop and oversee the production of written guides and training aids that align with the required training and ensure there is “one voice” throughout the training materials.Develop and oversee the content for the operations manual, including regular review and maintenance of the operations manual to ensure that contents are accurate and current.Franchisee Communication Intermediary between franchisees and the various Floyd’s 99 team members.Develop content and conduct regularly scheduled communications with franchisees, including newsletters, one-on-one operations calls, system-wide calls, and annual conferences.Manage rollout of new initiatives, product deployment, and other projects.Coach franchisees in the use of Naranga and maintain the platform and content.Franchisee Management Ensure franchisor systems and processes are deployed and practiced.Ensure that the Company’s brand is communicated and maintained in all communications and marketing activities.Work closely with all team members to facilitate the growth of the emerging franchise department, including being mentored in shop operations and metrics to expand substantive knowledge of shop management and operations.Manage and maintain all franchise contracts.Manage the annual FDD update process.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.Ability to demonstrate the Floyd’s Purpose, Vibe, and ValuesPositive attitude, resilient, problem-solver, and team playerAdaptable and can wear different hats to best support our Franchise Partners and business objectivesFamiliar with aspects of business operations, marketing, and financialsExperience with training individuals and teamsComputer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Franchise Support Manager March 20225 years operational experience in retail, service, or similar work environmentsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsOrganizational and project management skillsAbility to develop effective relationshipsSelf-discipline to work independentlyUnderstanding of the dynamics of franchise/company-owned environmentsDemonstrate strategic, creative, and analytical thinkingCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary range: $60K – $80KMedical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, discounts, and more!Floyd’s Barbershop provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Greenwood Village, CO 80111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Are you a former employee of Floyd’s?Work Location: One location
