Job Description : Lead Dental Front Desk Receptionist Dental Office Administrator- Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator- Dental Office Administrator, is responsible for overseeing the operation of a dental office to give patients a good experience and setting standards for employees. Their duties include helping patients at the front desk and leading a team of office staff to promote a well-organized and efficient practice.Caring, private practice in Stuart is looking for a front office team member to schedule appointments, greet patients, verify insurance, and collect and post payments Our ideal candidate exhibits kindness, professional communication, has a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and values personal and professional growth.Responsibilities of the position include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and benefits, collecting payments, preparing and sending monthly statements and presenting treatment plans to patients.Dental experience is required. Experience with EagleSoft software also preferred.
