Job Description : Central Penn College is seeking a detail-oriented full-time receptionist to join our Summerdale team. This position greets all guests entering the main lobby and directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties. This position will work during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative office setting, experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, as well the ability to manage multiple priorities, and willingness to work as a part of team. Exceptional customer service, telephone and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required for this position. This position is also responsible for providing enrollment processing support by working with a team of enrollment processors entering data integral to the process of matriculation for our students.Central Penn College values an institutional culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
