Job Description : Full-time Resident Manager – with HousingFull-time Resident Manager needed for a 10 building, 40 unit condo complex Princeville, Kauai, HI. The Resident Manager will be responsible for general maintenance and landscaping as well as perform “hands-on” tasks and repairs as part of daily duties. The RM would schedule and supervise vendors and outside contractors. RM will be responsible for enforcing rules and regulations of the condo property.Looking for a responsible, self-motivated, team player who can work with the owners, tenants, guests, employees, vendors and the Board. The Resident Manager will report to the condo BOD.RM needs general computer skillsSome landscaping and general handy man skillsThe candidate will live on property in housing provided by the member association.
