Job Description : About UsWe are a hotel and airbnb management company headquartered in NYC, with a work from home team split around the globe (we were working from home before it was the trend! : -) ). Founded in 2015, we weathered the pandemic and are again starting to grow!Looking ForWe are looking for an assistant property manager to help with our furnished monthly rental properties in NYC. Your day to day will involve overseeing property maintenance, cleaning, pre-arrival inspections and post-departure inspections. You will also oversee onboarding of new properties (new client meetings, inventory of supplies, purchase recommendations, coordinating with our designer, etc.).The ideal candidate will have real estate sales experience as we are growing fast in the investor space and need someone to help with property acquisition (from inbound lead to purchase, preparation and listing).ShiftYour hours will be flexible. That said, our core operating hours are 8am – 4pm M-F with some weekend work as needed (most often when a tenant departs on weekends). You should generally be available during these hours.Job Requirements- Should be exceedingly organized- Ideally someone with airbnb or hospitality experience (this is trainable)- Must be tech savvy- Must be willing to travel around the NYC area (subway/bus), and occasionally upstate or to Long Island- Real estate sales experience a plus (Please let us know if you have a sales or brokers license)Benefits- 2 weeks paid vacation after your first 6 months, an additional 1 week vacation starting from your second year- 5 paid family and/or sick leave days after your first 6 months (convertible to vacation days if not used)- $1,000 education credits after your first 6 months- The ability to work from home as needed (There should be some office time)- Bonus for all investor sales made as well as end of year bonusJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth savings accountProfessional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Commission payCOVID-19 considerations:We require all guests/tenants wear a mask and maintain a 6′ distanceApplication Question(s):A customer rents our apartment for $4500/month plus a one time $200 cleaning fee.
