The Store Team is responsible for in achieving and maintaining a level of customer satisfaction and friendliness, which exceeds that found in competing retail environments..
About the Position
We are looking for an organized and hardworking Seasonal Garden clerk to join Bi-Mart. This position assists in merchandising, watering and cleanliness of the Garden Center and front of the building. Help customers load bags of garden product. Soils, fertilizer etc. Responds proactively to customer’s needs and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction. Good people skills a must. And proven ability to work as a team with management, area coordinators, and coworkers.
Must be able to work outside in the elements. Watering, deadheading and assisting with unloading plant orders. Some use of a computer for signage of products.
Sunday through Saturday. Varied hours. 25 hours a week. Position is needed approximately from April to July.
Knowledge of plants is a plus.
