Job Description : If you are a dedicated and punctual individual looking for a fast pace outdoor environment, we would love to hear from you!Employment will go through a staffing agency for the initial 3 months. After completing 3 months of employment, you will be hired on directly. Benefits will be effective after completing probationary period (3 months).Summary of Position: This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, working with the lead to file steel after it has been galvanized, un-rack steel, or wire steel up prior to being galvanized.Employment will go through a staffing agency for the initial 3 months. After completing 3 months of employment, you will be hired on directly. Benefits will be effective after completing probationary period (3 months).Benefits: Medical, Dental, and VisionVacation, Sick, and Holiday PayWeekly PaychecksRetirement Plan with 3% matchSalary: Starting at $23/hrResponsibilities: Un-rack galvanized materialsCount, mark, and tag parts with customers name and job numbersClean galvanized products by removing sharp edges and excess zinc using hand files, sanders, wire brushes, etc.Identify voids in galvanized coatings and repair using hot sticks, brush on paint, aerosol paints, liquid zinc, torches, etcLift parts manually or with forkliftsStack parts using pallets, dunnage, shrink wrap and banding materialsRequirements: Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds.Work Environment: Must be able to work in a wide range of weather conditions in a manufacturing environment under immediate supervision, for long shift periods.
