The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Guest Services Manager who has a passion for excellence, the spirit of aloha , expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience

As a member of the Rooms Division, the Guest Services Manager reports directly to the Front Office Manager, is responsible for managing and supervising the day to day Guest services Operation (Door Attendants, Guest Services Agents and Coordinators). works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while
complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Interviews, trains and schedules the Guest Services team. Supervises day-to-day performance of the staff. Coaches staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards. Conducts performance reviews. Disciplines staff as needed. and ensure Evolve Leadership styles are demonstrated toward our Great Place to Work environment.
Oversees the arrival and departure experience for all guests plus the stayover experience.
Coordinates arrivals, departure requirements with Sales and Catering Department for all events, or groups.
Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
Utilizes a variety of computer systems within all Front Office departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience working in a luxury Hotel/Resort in a Guest Services department.
Proven record of people leadership skills, with empathy and caring approach.
Hawaii experience is an added advantage.
Excellent Planning and Organizing skills.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. The Resort will work with anyone eligible through internal transfer to file for L-1 Visa, if applicable.
